Why Exercise?

1. Benefits include lower cholesterol and blood pressure, healthy muscles and joints and less body fat.

2. Exercise is good for mental health. You'll feel better about yourself and have a more positive attitude about life.

3. You have to exercise to lose weight - diet alone will not do it.

Diet and exercise are equally important for overall good health and for maintaining or losing weight. To do one and not the other would be inefficient to your overall goals. Studies have shown that the COMBINATION of diet AND exercise is the best way to maintain or lose body fat.
